NDIS Support
Our support workers help participants build connection, confidence and independence through person-centred care. We offer community access, transport to appointments, help with daily routines, and social and recreational activities, delivered in our facility, out in the community, or in your home.
Our purpose-built space also includes a fitness area and games room for participants to enjoy. Our community access program also includes a large sensory room with a TV, Switch and board games, a community garden, and support with everyday tasks like bills and appointments. Prefer support at home? We can come to you too.
Core Supports We Offer
-
Getting out and about is at the heart of what we do. From social outings and hobbies to sport, recreation and community events, we help participants build real connections and try new things, all tailored to individual interests and delivered 1:1 or in small groups, whatever feels right for you.
-
We help build real confidence with everyday life, from budgeting and meal prep to appointments and household routines. It’s all about practical, hands-on support that grows independence at a pace that suits you.
-
Getting there shouldn’t be a barrier. We provide safe, reliable pick-up and drop-off to and from appointments, activities and outings, so participants can get out and make the most of their day without the stress of transport.
-
Prefer to be supported in your own space? We come to you, helping with everyday tasks and routines in the comfort and familiarity of home.
