Our support workers help clients build connection, confidence and independence through person-centred care. We offer community access, transport to appointments, help with daily routines, and social and recreational activities, delivered in our facility, out in the community, or in your home. Our purpose-built space also includes a fitness area and games room for clients to enjoy.

Our mentors are trauma-informed, energetic and genuinely invested in helping young people reach their potential. We build skills and confidence through positive social connection, working alongside families, schools and agencies as part of a coordinated team approach.
Support can be tailored to suit one-off or ongoing needs, with quotes covering mentor hours, food, activities and transport (additional travel costs apply outside Albury/Wodonga). Our mentors can pick up and drop off, and run engaging activities in our facility, in the community, or at home.
